IMC/IMP: Strategizing for CB Search List Builders
Interest in My College and Interest in My Peers are simple tools with major impact. Join us to learn more on how incorporating them can elevate your Search strategy!
Millions of high school students engage with BigFuture, College Board’s free and personalized online guide to help plan for college, pay for college, and explore careers. A key component of BigFuture is the ability for students to build and save college lists. Many list builders choose to join College Board Search to share their mutual interest with the colleges they are considering. That is where IMC and IMP come in!
Interest in My College (IMC) is a feature available to all Search users to identify the students who currently have your institution on their college list. IMC students are the most qualified prospects you can license in Search since they already have you on their radar! Users report IMC students are more likely to apply (and enroll!) than traditional suspect names.
Interest in My Peers (IMP) is a new feature within our Search Subscription Plans Access D, E, F, G, H or available to purchase a la carte to Subscription Plan users to identify students who currently have other institutions on their college list who may have similar offerings to you. IMP allows you to create customized peer groups of competitor institutions so you can identify students by which of your peer groups they fall into and send more effective messaging about your campus.
Breakout room options will be offered for the following learning objectives:
